The Project aims to contribute to the development of an integrated community response ensuring equal treatment and human dignity for Roma people, institutionalised children and young people at risk of becoming addicted to drugs that have been sentenced for a penal offence in Bulgaria and Romania and who did serve the sentence in prison, are in pre-trial detention in the police arrest units or are sentenced in the community.
